I have gently cleaned this to remove some tarnish to reveal the floral design in the center of the tray. Crimped side design. This is a four footed tray. Handle moves up and down. Height 2 3/4” (not with handle), 9 1/2” diameter. Nice quality antique from years ago. Metal is in very good condition, but if desired, you could clean more of the tarnish.
